Fresh, breezy style
Article Abstract:
Interior designer Sandra Shellnut and husband Thomas were looking for a smaller house and chanced on a house built in the 1840s on an old Indian trail in Pass Christian, Mississippi, which survived many storms, even the worst Hurricane Katrina. With less space, Sandra used less furniture, mixed modern art, and accessories with antiques giving it a clean and fresh look.
