A two-car cinder-block garage was converted into an art studio at an expense of $10,000, thus providing the owners with a creative outlet. While converting the garage into a studio, space was maximized without expanding the footprint and the north and south walls were built upto eight feet along with a new roof and included a tongue and groove pine floor and whitewashed walls.
