A perfect steak starts with a good cut of beef and the proper cooking technique. Stovetop pan-grilling and grilling over hot coals are two of the tested methods in producing evenly cooked, juicy, tender and tasty steaks. Recipes for pan-grilled steaks and for sauces are also presented.
