Ground beef leans in a new direction

Dr. Dale Huffman and his research associate Russ Egbert of Auburn University invented low-fat ground beef. The product, called AU Lean, was successfully marketed and is now used by numerous establishments. The most popular product is the McLean burger offered by McDonald's chain of restaurants.

Fresh faces for New Orleans

Three of New Orleans finest hotels, The Fairmont, The Hotel Monteleone and The Pontchartrain, have been renovated to increase their class and elegance. However, some original parts of the hotels were not changed by the new designs.
