Recordings of local songs and historical accounts accompany displays at the newly remodeled North Carolina Museum of History. Displays include American Indian and African American artifacts, equipment of famous sportsmen and technological innovations form the turn of the century.

Water's journey in South Carolina

An account of a visit to the South Carolina Aquarium, in Charleston Harbor, is presented. The aquarium, which displays 500 species and informs visitors about the river and marine wildlife native to the area, is described.
