Ewing's style of artwork is characterized by peculiarity and edginess that echoes aspects of Mannerism. She has created five different series: Forms, Serie Arquitectonica, Penetrated Discs and Spheres, Prototypes and Ex Voto to St. Eligius, all conceptualizing the image as narration.

Susan Summa

Designer Susan Summa produces her colorful patterned knitted clothing on a knitting machine. Summa applies weaving methods to create ethnic motifs and geometric patterns which appear on her vests, jackets and coats. Her products are sold by her firm, Summa Design.
