Article Abstract:
Forty of Schwarcz's copper sculptures were the subject of a self-titled touring retrospective organized by the San Francisco Craft and Folk Art Museum. Schwarcz decorates her pieces with pleats, darts and hems, not for purely aesthetic reasons but to stamp them with both humanity and soul.
