Organic food proven more nutritious!
Article Abstract:
A study by the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology shows that vegetables and fruit fertilized with manure contain vitamin B12, previously thought to be only found in meat. B12 is created by bacteria in the cow's intestines and the cow excretes the access in manure, where it can be absorbed by plants.
