Article Abstract:
Phlox are attractive and hardy perennials, but as they age they become prone to powdery mildew. The best defense against this is to plant mildew-resistant phlox. A study determined that the best varieties are Prime Minister, Windsor, and New Bird. The worst is White Admiral.
