Highland Raku Studio located in Kentucky, displays works by about 20 different artists. Some of these include Joan Gulotta's exquisite necklaces and brooches, and the Raku vessels made by the gallery owner Henrietta Scott and her husband, which features lathe-turned wooden lids and handles.

Tale of a night-blooming cereus
Article Abstract:
Two newcomers to Beersheba Springs in Tennessee were treated to a night of watching the cereus bloom. Amidst a gathering of the whole community and under the half-light of the moon, the American cactus blossomed forth into white petals, whose center was a tangle of white, very fine hair.
