People become vegetarians for different reasons, ranging from cost-cutting to health. It is good to research the nature of a meatless diet before becoming a vegetarian so that good nutrition is maintained. Several myths about vegetarian diets are explored.

Raising ducks

Ducks can provide eggs and meat or serve as easy-to-maintain pets. Domestic ducks need only one drake per four or five hens for mating. They have to be fenced in because they like to explore. They require some kind of shelter from wind, rain and sun.
