The Spanish state-owned automobile manufacturing company, Sociedad Espanola de Automoviles de Turismo (SEAT) is upgrading its operation with the goal of gaining 1.5 per cent of the European car market by 1986. They have a contract with Porsche for a new engine series and have a seven-year agreement with Volkswagen. Two major problems are lack of cash and in-house technology.

John C. Campbell Folk School, Brasstown, NC, offers weekend contra dancing lessons. New dance patterns as well as traditional dances such as waltzes and circles are learned by participants. Guests can stay in campsites or dormitories on campus.

The millionaire fliers
Article Abstract:
One of the first air units trained for combat during World War I consisted of a group of men from Yale who organized themselves before the US even declared war. The 28-man 'Millionaire Unit' served over Belgium and performed with valor.
