Suggestions and recipes are presented for outdoor meals that can be cooked over a charcoal barbecue using hickory chips. Outdoor cook, Bill Wellborn's recipes include grilled bread, and Jamaican jerk raspberry chicken, hickory-smoked barbecue shrimp, and grilled portobello pizzas.
