Article Abstract:
Some of the ways of watering the plant by the use of soaker hoses and drip irrigation techniques to avoid wastage of water, money and time are suggested. Soaker hoses could be installed around trees and shrubs, along rows of vegetables, which slowly emit a steady stream of water to the bases of plants and are easy to move throughout the garden thereby reducing water loss.

After Japanese maples have flowed in the springtime, their flowers turn to winged seeds, which fall to the ground and sprout in early spring. Many of the seedlings are destroyed in the process, but they should be saved because they can develop in variations of leaf and stem color.
