Article Abstract:

Furniture designer Julia Gray wanted her house to reflect an old-world charm when she redeveloped her Long Island property. Julia however was not rigid about her creations as seen in her child's room, which is a riot of colors, but her single-minded pursuit of her dream transformed the house built in 1880 to its old beauty.
