Article Abstract:
It is every child's dream to soar in the air like a comic-book character but not all can fulfill their dreams unless they reach Nags Head on the outer banks of North Carolina where the conditions are ideal to learn hang-gliding. The three-hour beginner's course costs around 90 dollars and the first lesson one learns is on ground but soon one is strapped to the harness and one takes to the air.
