Article Abstract:
The Artist Responds: Albert Paley/Art Nouveau was held at the Racine Museum from September 19, 2004-March 6, 2005 that examines the source of Paley's inspiration, his remarkable collection of Art Nouveau objects. He demonstrates that forms could be depicted in such a way that a line could amount to more than the shortest distance between two points by being an endless vehicle of pleasure, emotion and drama.
