Income trust TerraVest acquires Stylus parent; managers get stake

TerraVest Income Fund is paying C$22 million for 80% stake in Stylus Made To Order's parent company - Atlantic Furniture Mfg on an acquisition deal. The remaining twenty percent will stay with Stylus' senior management, who are likely to hold on to their present posts for at least five years.
