Cone plans restructuring

Cone Mills, a fabric supplier, will cut roughly 575 jobs as part of a "reinvention plan" that mostly affects apparel. Cone Decorative Fabrics, the home furnishings fabrics part of Cone, will not be that affected by the plan, since it has already restructured its sales force and merchandising group.
