Convention stresses 'feminine side'
Article Abstract:
During the May 2004 NHFA/WHFA All Industry Convention, which was attended by furniture retailers, more emphasis was put on getting in touch with their feminine sides, which would help them in developing and maintaining good relationships with women customers. The conference focused on commerce and on many presentations related to marketing and sale of furniture, especially to women customers who formed the dominant force in the retail markets.
