Domain developing kids' home line
Article Abstract:
Domain, the Norwood, MA-based home furnishings specialty retailer, is considering the establishment of a new line solely for kids. The stores' owner, Judy George, intends to test the concept in late 1998 at some of the chain's outlets in the US Northeast, a move that could also include the establishment of a Internet site for Domain for Kids. Domain, which has began product development and design for the kids line, has incorporated a number of concerns raised in a survey of over 200 households, including safety, product manufacture and long-term viability.
