FAST sets up Internet furniture repair service
Article Abstract:
FAST Services, a Prescott, AZ-based furniture repair service bureau, has created an Internet-based network that will connect manufacturers and retailers with over 250 furniture repair shops in 46 states. The system obtains information from a manufacturer and retailer and assigns repair shops to the repair work. With the service, FAST Service obtains a percentage for each repair job or a flat rate, depending on the number of connections. The network is beneficial to manufacturers and retailers as they are assured of quality service and lesser bulk of paperwork.
