Flexsteel sales, earnings fall

Flexsteel Industries, the upholstery and case goods manufacturer, has experienced a sales decrease of 5.3 percent to $101.3 million in the third quarter that ended on March 31, 2005. Net earnings also decreased by 33.1 percent to $1.7 million. The higher prices of steel and petroleum products made the impact.
