From waterbeds to major store: Florida's Kevin Koenig dies at 54

Waterbed City's founder, Kevin Koenig, has passed away at the age of 54. Waterbed City eventually became City Furniture, a major retailer in South Florida. Koenig died of kidney and heart failure.
