Guy Chaddock will continue under Ferguson Copeland's wing

Ferguson Copeland a high-end Case goods and upholstery house has bought the intellectual property rights to Guy Chaddock & Co., that had to close shop due to labor dispute and high worker's compensation costs. The agreement give exclusive rights to Ferguson Copeland of Chaddock's name design, catalogs, collection and customer list. Guy Chaddock with David Edwards as president shall operate independently as a sister company to Ferguson Copeland.
