Imports up 15% in '04

United States furniture imports increased by 15 percent which is worth of 18.4 billion dollars and the largest imports were from China with 30 percent growth rate and worth 8.7 billion dollars. Furniture import figures from different countries are also presented.

US furniture imports in 2002 increased 13% to $14.2 billion. The US posted a 1% decline in furniture imports in 2001.
