La - Z - Boy posts loss, looks offshore

La - Z - Boy Inc. has posted net loss of $3.5 million for the quarter ended July 24, 2004. Offshore business accounts for 75% of the $400 million sales and the company as part of the process of reorganization has closed its 100 years old Pennsylvania House factory.
