Lane adds new look to Eddie Bauer line

Lane will introduce to the market a 70-piece casual lifestyle furniture under the second wave of Eddie Bauer's American Living collection. Premarket promotions for the line included product shoots, co-op advertising materials and hangtags. The French country look, which is made distinct by the aged dark brown cherry finish and a coastal airy white colors, also utilized accent shades on selected items. Slats, wainscoting and distressing are among the design elements featured while a combination of materials such as banana bark, pebbled black leather table tops, metal, stone and wicker are showcased in the collection.

Wisconsin considering RTO changes

The state of Wisconsin is considering exempting rent-to-own (RTO) companies from the state's Consumer Act, which would change the disclosures that RTO firms must make to consumers. Wisconsin has yet to pass industry-supported legislation that 47 states have already passed.
