Lower duties applauded
Article Abstract:
The U.S. Department of Commerce has decided to lower the preliminary duties on 21 Chinese manufacturers of bedroom furniture. However, antidumping petition leaders are not satisfied with this move of the US government, because low preliminary duties does not mean lower rates. Consequently the antidumping regulations by the US are giving way for Chinese furniture manufacturers to grab the Vietnam market instead.
