Seaman's to open 2 youth stores in metro New York
Article Abstract:
Seaman's is slated to open two Seaman's Kids stores in New York, one in Carle Place on Long Island and another in Queens. The Carle Place store has an area of 10,000 sq ft, while the Queens store will be a 7,000-sq-ft facility. Both stores will have around 21 room groupings, with promotional to mid-priced furniture, accessories, linens and other merchandise for children. The stores will primarily be supplied by Stanley, Lea, Palliser, Catalina and Leadra Design. The two stores serves as prototypes for Seaman's Kids Store Division and if they prove to be successful, similar stores will follow.
