Seminar: U.S. companies should build factories in China
Article Abstract:
The seminar 'Making the China Connection' in Greensboro, North Carolina in May 2004 attended by more than 100 area business people, emphasized on the opportunities available for the U.S. furniture companies for setting up manufacturing operations in China, provided they were willing to make the investment. Clarence Kwan, the managing partner of Deloitte & Touche's Chinese Services Group in the United States felt that the furniture makers in North Carolina should form a delegation for visiting China and studying the opportunities.
