Toronto's summer mkt. to go national
Article Abstract:
Canada's Ontario and Quebec furniture manufacturers associations agreed to jointly transform the Toronto Summer Home Furnishings Market into a national event. The effort was warmly received by a great majority of factory executives who will attend the event in August 1998. The manufacturers are said to have always wished for two national markets instead of the current three that includes the Toronto summer market, the Montreal market by the QFMA in late May and the Calgary event by Furniture for June.
