Tupelo buyers eager to order

The Tupelo Furniture Market witnessed a large number of buyers, who were eager to place their orders even before the show was officially opened. Executives of the different organizations reported good markets and business and were of the opinion that most of the buyers were very optimistic about the business but some buyers were cautious about inventories.

The presidents of High Point, Greensboro and Winston-Salem Chambers of Commerce urged to have a 'buyer-driven culture' to overcome the competition with Las Vegas furniture market. A report made by them highly complimented the inaugural Las Vegas Market in 2005 for its success.
