WMC gets $191M loan: Las Vegas market eventually hopes to attract 50,000 buyers

The World Market Center (WMC) has secured a $191 million construction loan to complete Phase one, a 1.3 million-square-foot home furnishings complex that will host the inaugural July 2005 market in Las Vegas, New York. The WMC team believes that the show would attract 30,000 to 50,000 buyers from all over the world.
