The height of competence

Article Abstract:

Health, Safety and Environment introduced the new Work at Height Regulations 2005 that cover essential areas when it comes to working at height, including fragile materials, the use of ladders and also the key area of training. The regulations require competence with special emphasis on following the risk assessment that is carried out for the work and ensuring that all work at height is planned and organized and only carried out by competent people.
