The agreement between the European Union and the social partners from the telecommunications sector on working standards for call centers is discussed. The guidelines cover issues such as working time, workload, health and safety, etc.

Changes to the disability discrimination act
Article Abstract:
The amendments to the 1995 Disability Discrimination Act are discussed. The amendments will bring the United Kingdom legislation into line with the requirements of the European union framework.
