Challenges to the psychological contract in Hong Kong
Article Abstract:
Research into the psychological contract of 205 junior and senior managers in Hong Kong is presented. It is suggested that cultural differences could be significant in influencing the context in which psychological contracts arise and function.

The impact of cultural value orientations on individual HRM preferences in developing countries: lessons from Kenyan organizations

Issues concerning the effect that cultural value orientations can have on human resources practice and policy are presented. A study of 274 Kenyan employees working for 8 companies in the manufacturing and processing sector is discussed.
