Developing a global health care strategy

Article Abstract:

Multinational corporations are beginning to consider a comprehensive global strategy for the provision of health care benefits to employees in their foreign subsidiaries. The local conditions for each subsidiary must be taken into account because the public health care systems of developing countries may be below par compared to that of the industrialized nations. The insurance choices for each host country must also be considered.
