EOC to investigate problems of working carers

Article Abstract:

The Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) is investigating the problems that are coming in the way of mothers, fathers and carers in Britain from taking up jobs that offer flexible working hours. The investigation will go into the discrimination that is often seen in part-time jobs where the pay is very low. The EOC will submit its findings to the government in 2005.
