Equality accord at Peugeot Citroen
Article Abstract:
The management and trade unions of the French motor manufacturer, Peugeot Citroen, prepare an agreement to promote equality between both sexes at the work place. With many jobs in the automobile industry, traditionally not appealing to the women, the agreement aims at making the jobs attractive to women and providing equality in terms of pay, training and working conditions with men.
