A Hull employment tribunal in Hill v Farmstar Ltd finds a case of direct sex discrimination. The tribunal found that the failure to invite Mrs. Hill to the event and the subsequent comments constituted sex discrimination and that Mrs. Hill was constructively unfairly dismissed.

A London South employment tribunal in Dunn v Bishops Move finds a case of sexual discrimination. The tribunal found that Mr. Preese, Ms Dunn's line manager, increased the price of at least 20 percent more of Ms Dunn's quotation than those of her colleague.
