Guidance on dependence leave

Article Abstract:

A brief review on the Parental Leave Regulations incorporated in Section 57A of the Employment rights Act is presented with reference to a case study of Qua vs John Ford Morrison Solicitors. The implications of the regulations sets out guidance as to when an employee is entitled to time off for dependant care and what is relevant in determining the reasonable amount of time off work.
