Taking the high road in Milwaukee: the Wisconsin regional training partnership

Article Abstract:

This article examines the role of the Center on Wisconsin Startegy in experimenting with interrelationships between employers and labor in building institutions that support business practices focusing on quality, employee training, innovation and cooperation. The authors suggests ways organized labor can use sectoral development strategies to encourage employeers to move towards a more positivist future.
