Article Abstract:

Court decisions in Archibald v Fife Council, Rothwell v Pelikan Hardcopy Scotland Ltd., and Southampton City College v. Randall, related to reasonable adjustment, as specified in Disability Discrimination Act of UK, are discussed. The decision of European Court of Human Rights in Sahin v. Turkey related to hijab ban is also discussed. The interpretation of words "foreigner" and "racial group" in R v Rogers, by Court of Appeal is presented. The decision of EAT in Brown v McAlpine & Co Ltd., a case related to indirect sex discrimination, is also discussed.
