Article Abstract:
The financial aspects of delivering long-term care (LTC) has become a top concern in the US and LTC insurance may help alleviate the economic constraints posed by caring for the elderly population. Employers may find that providing their employees with LTC insurance might prove viable in the long run. However, this will entail the determination of eligibility requirements for coverage and benefits, the scope of care services and the plan's features, especially affordability.
