Mapping the criterion space for expatriate success: task - and relationship-based performance, effort and adaptation

Article Abstract:

A study examining, criterion space for expatriate success, is presented. Expatriate performance can be conceived in terms of task completion, relationship building and overall performance. These three aspects, are determined from amount and pattern of personal resources, the expatriate spends on behaviors relating to his position.
