Nationality, social network and psychological well being: expatriates in China
Article Abstract:
Expatriates that enter foreign countries normally feel deprived, as they are cutoff from their relationships and established network. A study on the above confirms that expatriate social network is very important for expatriates to restrengthen their psychological well being.
