Disability Insurance-ADA-Benefits for mental disability, alcoholism and drug abuse

Article Abstract:

Insurance administrators and employers do not breach the Americans with Disabilities Act by offering workers a group disability insurance policy that supplies a greater number of benefits for physical disability than for mental disability or disability as a result of drug abuse or alcoholism. ADA mandates the nondiscriminatory availability of goods and services but does not control the content of the services.
