Reforming quality law
Article Abstract:
A new report from Cambridge Centre for Public Law and the Judge Institute of Management Studies at Cambridge University criticises UK anti-discrimination law. The report used case studies, interviews, conferences and more to explore the failings of the current laws and propose possible reforms. A summary of the recommendations of the report is given.

The Local Government Association has conducted a survey on the hiring procedures of local government bodies in England. The survey has revealed that eighty per cent of local governments incorporate anti-discrimination policies.
