Reframing resistance to change: experience from General Motors Poland
Article Abstract:
With reference to the Kaizen scheme introduced in General Motors factory in Poland, the changes in employee value systems, development of better working practices and reluctance of Polish workers to adopt certain organizational practices, are analyzed.
